Django Django at The Independent Win Tickets

The recently Mercury Prize nominated Scottish four-piece band, Django Django are taking the big leap as they come to tour the states. The band hopes to make an equally lasting impression as they’ve done in Europe with their self-titled debut with a busy schedule that includes stops along most major cities like San Francisco, New York, Chicago and notable stations like KEXP, WXRT, and WFUV.

Hear what NPR described as “part surf-rock and part Motown, with elements of blues, cosmic space-pop and Egyptian music, glittery Beach Boys harmonies and tribal rhythms” because what San Franciscan doesn’t want to say they saw a band that “You’ve probably never heard of, but they sound like ‘part surf-rock and part Motown, with elements of blues, cosmic space-pop and Egyptian music, glittery Beach Boys harmonies and tribal rhythms’ says NPR.”

If you can’t get off work in time to see their free performance at Amoeba Records (6pm) next Tuesday, we’ve got a pair of tickets for you to win for their performance the same night at The Independent. To win:

1. Like us on Facebook

2. Comment below why you want to go! (Make sure to use your real email address so we can notify you as the winner!)

We’ll announce and email the winner by 12pm PST Monday (9/24)!
