Listen up! Kid Cudi’s new album Man On The Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager is out next week! Matt & Kim’s album, Sidewalks, comes out tomorrow! What, yes, what, yes! I know.

Many tracks from Cudi’s album have already been leaked, including, “Switchin’ Lanes,” “Marijuana,” and “Maniac” (which we published here). Some of these leaks, particularly, “Marijuana,” Cudi seems lost in a cloud of smoke, but not on “Scott Mescudi vs. The World.” The track features Cee Lo Green and bangs like “Day and Night,” as Cudi’s bumbling flow spits lines like “Hard to press on when the memories remember me.”

On the indie side of things, Matt & Kim’s new record seems promising for fans of tracks like “Daylight.” The first single, “Cameras,” shows that bubbly chemistry that the couple have which made “Daylight” so great. Now with “Good for Great,” the synth heavy track sounds similar to Eiffel 65’s “I’m Blue.” In contrast to Cudi’s groaning, Matt’s positive outlook on this track is infectious with lyrics like “So many books I haven’t read, but there is so much air just to breath, how about the covers that I’ve seen, so I’ll leave these pages in the tree.”
